Who does this
Dr. Lombard at ER24 treated me on the 04/12/2016. Apparently my medical aid rejected the payment. No one told me about this, no communication whatsoever I was contacted by VeriCred Debt Collectors telling me that my Account has been handed over to them.
Who does that? How can I be handed over of an account I know nothing about?
