What's an emergency to netcare?

Netcare kuils river is well known for their 'don't give a ****' attitude toward patients. But what do you do when you have an emergency? You go to the closest hospital near you. Which is what I did.

They made me wait for over 3hours while also helping people that came well after me. Like my 'emergency' carries no weight. And then when you ask them for assistance it's received with zero empathy and zero professionalism. I've grown to expect the worst from netcare after many disappointing experiences. But this is a new low. Disappointing to say the least. This hospital really needs to get their **** together, this is becoming ridiculous.
