what a pathic service

<p>I was supposed to go to the netcare union hospital to have procedure done but realised that its was costing me .</p> <p>I paid R 2000.00 into the netcare hospital account and wanted a refund as i wanted to go through another instuition.I sent all the relevant deails through the refunds department. It was emails back and forth. Eventually the Finance Manager has did a refund via their merchant machine.The proof was sent through to . Netcare banks with Nedbank and the payment was to a Nedbank account. According to Nedbank it was supposed to be reflecting immediately.I called the bank several times, and there was no money.My Frustration then started when NO ONE WAS AVAILABLE TO TAKE MY CALLS , REPLY TO MY EMAILS. Its now been almost 4 hours that the Finance Manager was in a meeting, didnt reply to my email. So I still Havent received my payment intoi my account. AND IM SICK PHYSICALLY.Does the staff at Netcare for PEOPLE , have compassion,care or really bother ? I was due to go to private Clinic this morning and couldnt go as I needed the money back ???this the SUCH A BAD SERVICE REALLY NETCARE !!!!</p>
