Waterfall radiology-Bad service

If i had a choice i wouldn't have gotten myself in mess with being a patient at waterfall but since i was in a very critical state it was the closest for me and never will i refer anyone close to me or go there.the service i got since i was admitted was so bad.they tell you about accounts which you pay endless i was operated twice till i go to Donald Gordon then i was normal again.since 2003 i left the hospital its now they tell me about the account i am owing.today the lady called Pravesh or whatever her name is from Radiology called me very rude and forcing me to accept that i was unreachable since 2003, and she said they are not part of Waterfall but if i have to expose them even on newspapers i will do it to prevent people from going to them again.i had a friend who was admitted just for a day she said the radiology just brings a statement that she is owing then i guess its their schemes to chow people's money.yet i had other accounts from waterfall whom they called and i paid and they decide to come up with stories that i was unreachable.i am very disappointing by this and i still say Sunninghill has the best service and honest stuff,
