Waterfall City Netcare Hospital - service is actually worse than UNITAS!!!

I never thought that I would find nursing staff worse that that of UNITAS Hospital but Waterfall City Netcare takes the cake! The staff is rude, untrained and unprofessional. I have been laying in this bed with the same bloodstained sheets for 3 days. I dont receive water in the mornings, no tea if you dont ask for it, my room has been sanitized once and this is my 7th day! The bells get gnored for long periods of time, the staff gossips about you in your presence, shout at one another, is late in giving medication, forgets to give medication then lies about it and so I can go on and on. I must say though that the ICU staff is outstandingly good and so are the doctors!
