Waiting times are far worse than public hospitals

Please tell me why do I need to open a new file every time I come to consult at Netcare Mulbarton Hospital, I was literally here last night with my 3 months old baby whom had a runny tummy that suddenly had blood. Had to come back the following day because of the blood in his stool, only to be told to queue again to open another file. WHY? don't you guys keep this information for a certain period? And your waiting times are far worse than public hospitals, please check with your management at casualty, it's really bad.
