Waiting for refund
They are quick to take your money but when it comes to a refund you will wait. They do not update you with regards to this you need to keep phoning. The service of this Hospital is shocking I will avoid them at all costs. They promised my refund will be done 04.03.16 when I phoned today the process have not even begun. So be prepared to wait.
