Waiting for a Dr for 5 hours at casualty ward

I have been at the casualty ward at Netcare Alberton Hospital from 14:30pm and it is almost 19:00pm now. The Dr is AWOL, the nurses have no idea where the Dr is. Strange enough, I have seen people of a certain race that I wont mention being attended to and going home. So much for paying medical aid for such sub par service.
