Very Unhappy Patient:

Honestly disgusted by this hospital. <br> <br> My mom was rushed into the casualty and she was helped by the Awesome nurses (they are the only helpful ones) and the doctor that was duty was absolutely pathetic! Has no time to listen to the patients. But anyway, there were no beds available and we understood that we had to be put on the waiting list, we called today and spoke to Tracy in the booking department for beds, firstly she was not interested in even helping us and secondly the casualty admin didnt even bother to book a bed! To be quite honest, I will never refer this hospital to anyone because you guys are so unreliable and unprofessional, the only people in this hospital that actually know how to do their job is the nurses.
