Very Poor Service

I am very dissapointed with the service at Northern l Radiologist in Poloso Netcare, i arrived at 8 with my mother who was supposed to go to theatre at 1pm, the doctor told us to start with scans and an x-ray before theatre, hence we got there early, the administrators at Northern Radiologist sent us to go have scans at MI & T limpopo before they could assist us, we filled in their forms then went to MI & T when we came back to Northern radiologists they had not attended to any of the documents that we filled in so they put us at the end of the line at 11, then an hour later they tell us we owe them from last year, but we had already settled that account so i gave them proof of payments, now it is 13:10 and we are still sitting at their reception with no assistance and my mother was suppose to be in theatre at 13:00. I am so dissapointed with the treatment and attitude of the employees at Northern Radiologists
