Very poor service

Today i had a very experience,I went to Montana Hospital,filled the forms paid my R460 consultation fee.After that I waited for about an hour,the guy said he is waiting for a bed for me,he got a bed for me in a small room.I sit there for another 30min,sisters and stuff walking up down the hallway laughing and talking.I got up and told the guy,I'm still waiting,he said that they are busy,I said I'm leaving give back all my stuff,suddenly he came with a nurse,I still left.So tell me what kind of service is that!I can't leave this matter I'm going further with it.
