Very poor admin !!!!!

Yesterday my wife was submitted to Kroon Nedcare hospital, the worse admin i ever saw, Monday we already fill in all the forms, yesterday it look likes we was not there on Monday, even on their website the email address it wrong for customer enquiries, the services after the opearion was even more worse.You pay a hell of a lot of money for service equil to State Hospitals
