Very disappointed !!

Horrible services at parklane maternity ward! Terrible services! Terrible night staff! Maternity ward!!No consideration for patients and their conditions. It almost felt like I gave birth in a government hospital. Never on time to start the shift will rather stand in the passages and make conversation amongst themselves, will later come to the room (2hours after shift started) and introduce themselves and leave you laying there helpless! When you call them or complain they get defensive if you talk about being in pain they determine how severe your pain is and when should you get medication.!you have to constantly alarm them and remind them of what needs to be done they probably prefer sleeping during the night hence the late shift and terrible treatment they are just a few of them who genuinely cares and actually takes their time to see to patients the way they need to be seen to! And no after giving birth we don't need to be pampered or s**** fed all the time but a sincere helpful nurse will be appreciated one that does not make us feel as if we are bothering them yet they chose to take up these jobs and look after people these services are not free! Common decency , kindness and genuinely caring nurses is what is required or else give others that really wants to work a chance to do so! PARKLANE NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!
