Very bad treatment at the hospital in Alberton and Netcare not attending to my problem.

I had a very bad experience at the hospital in Alberton. To make matters worse I was not satisfied with the handling of the situation. I was told to send my complaint to the Netcare and wait a couple of months for feedback. That was done 10/10/2018 so they are not concerned about me.the treatment was a nightmare.
