Very Bad Service from Mulbarton hospital Netcare

The worst service ever provided by a private Hospital. I was referred by a GP to Mulbarton hospital for Iron IV. This was supposed to be a 1 day thing. So upon my arrival I was told that I will be taken to section A for admission. When I got there, I was told I have to take Covid19 blood test as it's now their policy. I explained that I already done my Covid19 tests about and the results were negative. The nurses said even if that is the case I still have to do as I have been out in public so this is to minimize the risks. I called my medical aid who asked me about health questions and was then advised that unless I have symptoms I can't take those tests as I will have to pay for it. I told the nurses and it was then decided that since the IV is only a day thing and doesn't need admission I should move to out patient Department. I went there and my ordeal began. There was confusion with which Dr should be attending to me, the referral letter had a different name from the file name. That was sorted. The nurse was told to administer an IV line but she struggled to find my veins which meant I had to be *****ed in different places of my left arm. I was then left for a good 2 hours. Still no Iron IV. After sometime I asked the nurse on what was the hold up and she said she is waiting on Dr Rawland who supposedly went to get authorization from my medical aid. I then got informed that actually the hospital pharmacy wants me to call the medical aid and asked for authorization. Still no sign of Dr Rawland, instead she sent her assistant to give me a form for thyroid xray and some more blood tests. I still waited, this time it was going towards 17:00 pm. I asked the nurse to call the Dr because I needed to know what is going on. She refused to come see me and so the nurse called her on speed dial. Upon speaking to the Dr on the phone, she told me she's been waiting for authorization and told me that I should be admitted as the authorization takes very long. I left the hospital without being treated and told them not to charge me as no treatment was received.
