Very Bad Gap Cover

I submitted a claim in February. Then netcareplus gap cover refused to pay it, stating that the medical aid had made a mistake paying the claim from an incorrect benefit. After having to take the medical aid to the Council for Medical and they ruled the medical aid was correct and the netcareplus gap was incorrect, I submitted the ruling on the 26th August and was told on the 10th September it would go to a case manager. They still have not responded or paid me out. The claim is more than seven months old. They do not respond to any emails about what is happening. Don't make the same mistake I did and sign up with them. Definitely not worth it. Much better gap covers out there.
