Very angry and dissatisfied customer

The worst service ever!!!! The head of the unit shamelessly speak about the patients and laugh out loud. The hospital stinks and then they have the audacity to say it's the sewege. So must patients be exposed to this level of treatment??? Can you not complain about this??? If you do they have a problem. At the end of the day they agree with you and the minute they turn their backs they talk about you and laughs at you. The service is pathetic to say the least. The Netcare group needs to step in and start doing something it!!! The Maternity ward is the worst Ward ever at this hospital.
