Utterly disgusted.Exaushted!!
Dear Managing director: Jacques du Plessis I wake up sms from Netcare that indicates I must settle amount of R241.88 everyday. I have no idea what is it about because I have been this hospital last year new year, they look after me very badly! When I complained they just show me credit card machine. I have witness for what happened that night. I have settled full amount of the bill same day. Now I am getting sms I mentioned above every morning like wake up call! When I try to access number than given on sms belong to Chantelle Alan. Mrs never available. Phone is not reachable. I tried to call Mrs Craig from ********** 920 also not reachable. Funny Enough Number on website ********** nobody answers :-) Could you please explain to me why do you employ all none working people to your company? Utterly disgusted. I have no word to explain how disappointing experience I am having with your Netcare Christiaan Barnard Memorial Hospital . Kind regards Mustafa Cinarci ********** 220
