Useless medical company Netcare

6 months ago I had a consult to get another script for diabetes. I requested another this week and was told can't be done because I haven't been there FOR A YEAR!!! What sort of records are you keeping?? NOT TO MENTION THE BLACK LADY DOCTOR COULDNT GET THE SCRIPT RIGHT I.e DOUBLE JANUMET AND 10/5 REAPTAN and SHOULD have been 5/10. Pharmacy could not change so I didn't use it. Second I have sent numerous requests to get a copy of my medical info. I have head and had no response in 3 days. By law I can get a copy. Oh yo can keep it because you created it BUT I want a copy for the new doctor I will consult with.

PLEASE CAN SOMEONE TELL ME WHO I CAN ASK FOR WHEN I GETBTHERE TO COLLECT MY INFORMATION

TRY, JUST TRY, GET SOMETHING RIGHT!!! If I need a legal intervention costs will be passed to Netcare
