Useless emergency room
<p>We took our 14 month old baby to blaauwberg netcare emergency room after falling on her face.</p> <p> </p> <p>A nurse did the initial assesment and then we where instructed to wait again, a nursr then took us to a room and said the doctor will be with us soon, we waited another hour, almost 2hours in total by this time and still no doctor. We then told them we are going to mediclinic, they then said the doctor will see us now. We stil left abd went to mediclinic</p> <p> </p> <p>This is extreamly poor service and I am extreamly disappointed with the hospital staff</p>
