Useless Customer service.

Sakhile Mnguni, the worst person to be in customer service, I had to ask them 3 times what my bill was for, only to be told to send a proof of payment. Why does the hospital bill you 3 separate invoices? I've tried calling the accounts department only to be on hold and no one ever picks up. How am I supposed to pay an outstanding invoice if no one wants to assist the customer? USELESS
