Unresponsive Doctors office and in efficient service at Netcare.

My wife was admitted at Netcare Waterfall city mid March 2025 and I am having frustrating experience with Dr. Carrim's office and Netcare regarding a Personal Medical Assessment form that Dr Carrim was supposed to submit to Discovery Medical aid to pay medical bill, Discovery has been sending reminders to the Doctor as they can not authorize payment without the medical assessment form and I have also sent email and phone calls to the Doctors office. However, Despite multiple attempts to contact the doctor's office, I haven't received a response. The lack of communication and assistance has caused delays in processing my medical aid claim, leading to threats from lawyers regarding outstanding fees.

Netcare is also sending me reminders for payment while payment is delaying because of their *********** and neglectful Doctor.

Netcare should have ensured that all necessary documentation are sent to the medical aid for payment. I am now left with 1 month to reach six months since my wife was admitted and when we reach six months the medical bill will be expired and Discovery won't pay the medical bill anymore.

What a frustration from Netcare waterfall city and their *********** Dr Carrim.
