Unproffesional sevice at Parklane clinic

The majority of the nursing staff in post natal maternity units particularly the NICU are rude ,impatient and unapproachable. Some didnt understand simple protocol of the unit or how to operate basic equipment, others were unhelpful towards concerned parents.We have raised the issue with hospital management. Apologies were offered. Still Awaiting concrete feedback. The entire NICU need a policy overhaul. We encountered several unhappy parents who had similar experiences , but just too fatigued or nervous to raise their concerns If ur baby is born early. Be prepared for unsympathetic , unprofessional and co**** nursing personnel . However we found the The security personnel warm courteous and helpful
