unprofessionlism of the highest order

I am sitting here at Garden CITY hospital where my wife had injured her ankle whilst we were at my dad's funeral. We we informed there's no bed available in casaulty and left her sitting in the passage without assisting or giving feedback. When wd finally got into a cubicle where 2 beds were vacant the \registered nurse"tells my wife to get off the wheelchair and onto the bed when my wife told her she couldn't due to severe pain and i also informed ger that assistance is needed she gave us a dirty look and still refused to help. From the lady at reception to the nursing staff were all *********** and unprofessional. As a paramedic i find this behaviour disgusting. Even the casualty doctor neither greeted nor identified himself"""
