Unprofessional Service - Union Hospital

My father (79years) was in hospital for 10 days. The "care" he received in Section 3 was terrible. Very unprofessional and total lack of interest in anything, we as family had to asked them all the time to do certain things (for example chronic medication was not given) he is also diabetic, for 3 days every morning we had to ask them to give insulin and medication …. really this is their job!! If you ask for help they have a very bad attitude towards you, they never respond when he rings the bell, etc. It is just pathetic!! We did report them to management but no feedback was received. They don't listen to instructions from doctors, just do what they want and all they can say afterwards is sorry … it is a patients life they playing with. The staff in high care was very professional and really took good care of him as well as the doctors.
