Unprofessional rude pharmacist

I went to netcare olivedale pharmacy on this day 1 -6-2019 at around 12:18 only to be refused to be helped by a pharmacist on duty .The pharmacist did not have any respect and people s****s when communicating with me she had just helped a customer of which she was even laughing and making conversation with the patient/customer only to my surprise when i approached her counter she changed a 360 degree and became utterly rude to say " she is not ready to help me i should go back to the queue " only to notice that a few seconds later she went to the back to fetch her 2 kids which she came to work with and then told them to hurry up they need to leave with her as they were going for perhaps breakfast??? very dissapointed indeed for the unprofessional ********* behaivior of this pharmacist treatment that she showed me .
