The lady in the counter said he's starting at 9 we wai I was number 4 in the queue he came late around 9:20 He then starting to call one by one inside at 9: 32 student nurses called me inside and they keep me in one of the rooms and 2 students nurses came and checked my BP then they finish off they go we thought notifying me where the doctor is coming on not I wait till 10:15 and nurse talking in the other room very loudly I called staff nurse I asked her how long I will wait her she said I must wait doctor is doing a scan I said but no one told me why he called me in if he was still busy she kept quiet. Then I said please cancelled it I will go and wait for doctor langa she answers with an attitude she said did you register your name from me or from the counter I said from the counter I am so sorry I went to the counter guess what doctor was sitting on top of the counter busy talking to the receptionist and I told the lady from reception please cancelled my booking I will go somewhere else i have been waiting for the doctor for so long and she took me back to the room and apologized macario came and he shout why are you complaining because I am not your doctor you should go to Dr ngubane I have my own patient as well he said And I asked him but you are on my list I said He said i mustn't come to him if i will come and complain i must learn to wait and there was a long queue outside it means all of those people must die the while he's busy sitting on top of the counter talking and laughing with the receptionist that was very very unprofessional there was a baby that was crying on the queue it means all of us we felt on one boat his not our doctor
