Unprofessional Conduct at Montana Netcare

Had the worse unprofessional service last night at Montana med24 emergency...arrogant, not helpful, could not get a drip sorted, forgot about me at xrays for an hour, refused to answer basic questions regarding prognosis etc. Had beter professional help at a state hospital...I'm a Discovery medical aid client, thus no issue regarding payment for treatment etc..very very concerning...will advise all to rather consider going to other hospitals if in need of a medical emergency.
