Unpaid Refund
I am writing to follow up on an outstanding refund from Netcare Kingsway Hospital. I have not received any feedback or updates since January 2026.
Despite my previous emails and submitted documentation, I have not received a response regarding the status of the refund or a timeline for when the payment will be made. Could you please look into this matter and provide an update as soon as possible?
