Unpaid accounts

Every month I go to the Montana hospital for treatment since 2014. The same doctor treats me and the same ICD10 code are supp**** by him since 2014. Since October 2020 the billing department changed something on my account and it keeps getting rejected by my medical aid. Every month the same problem comes up and it is a fight between me, Kabelo of Netcare Montana and my Medical aid to get the account paid. Now I am sitting with 2 outstanding accounts and empty promises that it will be fixed. I cannot see that an account that had no trouble for so many years suddenly became a problem in October 2020. I am fed-up with fighting every month about my account.
