unnacceptable service

I am in hospital right now with severe diarhea, vomItting andvunablevto breath propetly. I called netcare 911 for an ambulance around 04:17, at 4:40 as weak asbi was I decided to try and drive myself since they were not showing up. i saw the ambulance as I was leaving the house. The driver passed my house I tried to follow him and flicked lights. I could hardly speak becuase i ws wesk but when I explained that I called the ambulance he just laughed and said they can't take me because I'm already in the car. I ebded up driving myself and scratched my car due to nausea.
