********l charges and waiting for refund
I was quoted an R26228.17 for a 2 day stay, due to an *********** dr time were delayed and had to stay another day, the amount for 3 days is R28 154.13. This means that Netcarr must refund me R24302.21 as the R26228.17 was paid twice.im am waiting almost 2 weeks for my refund and want to know where Chantal Nair learned to do maths since she wants to refund only R20 883. Also there has been no communication from Netcare untill this morning. I have reported the matter to the ombudsman as well and expect my refund with interist. I will take this matter further and take legal action against Netcare if needed

11 Jun 2021, 07:39So Chantal Nair Netcare Parklands hosputal expects me to pay for 4 days in hospital. My sister booked for a C section booked in just after 6 monday morning, received no medical treatment untill about 2 that afternoon when she got a drip (she has not eaten since 5 o clock the previous afternoon). Afte dr Tamiro delayed she finaly went in for the C section at 16:00 thanks to another dr willing to assist. She was told on Thurday at about 9 in the morning that she can go after getting her medication. After waiting about 2 and a half hours for the medication she left around 12 on thursday afternoon. Now i want to know why we must pay for an exstra day when the dr and hospital wasted 8 to 9 hours of our time and now expect us to pay an extra day.
