I've had a motorcycle accident and was brought in to Unitas in Centurion on 25 March. I was transferred to a private room after noise levels just outside the room from staff literally made my head explode, having a mild concussion. However the new room ended up to be directly above the dedicated area where cleaners gather for tea and lunch. This is where my nightmare really started! The climax of this inconsiderate behavior, including VERY loud screaming and excessive loud laughing happened on Sunday 02 May from 14:45 - 15:30 by a group of cleaners outside my window. When my parents arrived for my visit they found me in such a worked up state that my mom stated to cry, seeing me in such disturbingly annoyed state. I actually started gathering items to through at them! The situation hasn't really improved and I've had to get bigger speakers from home to try and cope. The management tried but they don't have control over their staff. I can't even open my window during day time and the noise levels outside still spike around every hour.
I would strongly advise against spending time at UNITAS to try and recover. Especially individuals like myself that is sensitive to high levels of unnecessary screaming and general noise pollution.
