Unitas Hospital Pharmacy 24/7? They clearly dont know that them selves

Unitas Hospital Pharmacy, Been trying to get through to this so called 24/7 pharmacy since Friday, phone keeps on ringing or just gets put down. Since we have to take my son to the storks nest for his vaccinations we have to buy the the injections from the pharmacy there and take it down to storks nest, the past 4 times we went (sitting through heavy traffic) they never had stock of the injections, so we wanted to phone and confirm stock and price of the needed injections but not getting through at all. either it just keeps ringing or transferred and told hold on for pharmacy and still just rings or gets picked up and you hear just a bit of noise and instantly put down again. last night went in to go and find out and there was no one there, phoned the number while there and it's just ringing. I have phoned a total of 39 times since Friday afternoon and still no answer? and just now again @ 06:15 and call just gets put down. thank you for wasting my time and fuel for a service that is supposed to be 24/7 but doesn't exist at all
