Unitas accounts department

Netcare Unitas Hospital's accounts department is really a let down. Holding the line for 45minutes with no one answering the call. I have been struggling for almost a month to get my invoice which shows that i paid R740 at casualties and I need to be reimbursed by the medical aid which was declined because they said the paid the money to Unitas with the hospital bill.
