Union Hospital Alberton

I was brought in to Union Hospital ( Alberton) by ambulance on Saturday afternoon 30 Oct 21. The service offered was good , however 2 nurses that were working at Emergency yesterday 4 November 21 , around 4pm to 7pm , dealing with follow up were non informative, I had to walk up and down on crutches to ask when my file would be taken in only for them to eventually tell me that they are full to capacity . It’s their duty to inform patients that the process is rather slow and provide a reason, the two ladies had a bad “ I couldn’t care less kind of attitude” but when my husband approached they they were more than willing to provide an explanation and yet my I’m supposed to pay for such bad service. I left without being treated. Union hospital much clamp down on those rotten apples that give them a bad name
