Unimpressed Cash Paying Client.

I am very unhappy with the service that i got from the Doctor herself that i went to see at the N17 Netcare branch i went there to go see the gynecologist and i was not impressed at all with the way in which she treated me when i got into her office at first it was nice and then she asked me if i was on a medical aid or not and once i said that i wasn't the mood in the room changed and she told me that i would need to be transferred to the Pholosong hospital once everything opens up

firstly didn't go to her because i was stupid and couldn't afford to go there secondly the fact that i told her i wasn't on a medical aid she was supposed to ask for my reasons and not be quick to say that i should immediately be transferred to a public hospital

I have been to a public hospital i didn't like the service i went to a private hospital because i can afford to go to one and also because i need better service

it just told me that they do not take cash paying clients seriously and for the money i paid i was expecting great service and also questions to the answers that i had in regards the matter that brought me into her office and if she doesn't want cash paying clients they shouldn't be allowed to make bookings at all not give us ****py service because we are not on medical aid.
