Unhelpful front desk lady

I won't even give net care a star, there front desk service is so poor staff member are so rude. I'm at net care blaauwberg I tried to open a file for my husband the front desk clerks are so rude all they say is give the ID AND MEDICAL CARD AND GO SIT, after an hour of sitting I went up to the lady and ask if she had open the file she rep**** " GO SIT I WILL CALL YOU WHEN IM DONE " dont evens look up or anything.

Net Care needs so send there staff oj training you work with people but u dont have people s****s.
