Unhelpful, arogant, cheeky

Netcare Unitas Hospital is by far the most disgusting hospital. I have endless problems with several people. Chantel Bester has got to be the worst i have dealt with. She is brilliant at one thing - stating the obvious and cutting and pasting parts of conversations. She is really unable to assist and she does not understand the meaning of being helpful. Her attitude is disgusting. she is arrogant and she actually feels that she owns the hospital. She does not seem to understand English because i have to repeat myself and even then she does not understand what i am saying. She never answers the phone because she is clearly a ***ard and would not know how to speak to me so she chooses to hide behind emails. <br> i will NEVER return to this hospital due to the ****** and the manner in which they deal with people!
