Unhappy

My daughter was booked for a 1 day procedure. She waited in the reception area from 6 am till 12h20... when she was taken to prep for theater. She had last eaten before 19h00 the day before... on coming out of theater at about 15h00 or so they did not even give her something to eat. We pay chunks of money for such disgusting service. The bay hospital is losing its touch
