Unhappy and Stressed - Garden City Clinic
<p>I had a baby at Garden City more than a year ago. Due to my file being "misplaced" some of the accounts were not paid. I have been in touch with Garden City on so many occasions and still nothing. I have threats of legal action being taken against me. When I contacted the medical aid, they were unaware that i was in hopsital longer than "just having ceasaerian", as no updates were provided. I was in touch with Debbie Swanepoel towards the end of May and was told she would call me by the 02/06/2016. To dat still no feedback. </p>
I had a single phone call the day after this from a client services liason and nothing further. I got further accounts from the doctors with threats of possible black listing. Is this the kind of service we expect from an institution of this nature. They supposed to regard the well being of patients/ex patients not further stress and disappointments.

Still no response and received another bill from the Doctor. The last call received from Garden city was on the 23/06/2016 promising that will be attended to as a matter or urgency and that the doctor would be contacted and notified.
