Unfairly rejected claims
Netcare gap cover is a waste of money and ernegy... I was admitted on the 19/09/25 due to vehicle accident and obviously x-rays were to be conducted. Netcare gap cover is rejecting 2 of my claims claiming it was basic not specialized radiology hence on their claim form these services are listed as approved.
Im extremely frustrated, I took this **** of a Policy through my employer and Im planning to complain to them as well.
