Unfair treatment Netcare Kuilsrivet

Good day. I would like to put it out there that in Dr. C. Treurnicht practice Room 304 Kuilsriver Hospital. I was there with my son after coming from a sonar within the hospital and being diagnosed with appendicitis, which requires immediate surgery, he is only 11, went there to the doctors rooms and after asking numerous times is our medical aid going to cover. The lady at the desk said that we should not worry we are going to sort it out. After being seen by the doctor, the doctor explains we are going to admit now the other front desk lady storms in shouts stop he can't be admitted the whole waiting room at that time is watching. Even though it's a child he is examining she had no right embarrassing us like that. We have medical aid but because the lady at the radiologist as well as 1 of the front desk ladies at the doctors rooms insisted we stayed. My son was still on the exam table with extreme pain, and the front desk lady came in started to lower the bed couldn't give us enough time to get you son off from the bed and on top of that we had to pay R850 on the spot for what? After we said we have medical aid and is the medical aid going to cover? While paying she said next time don't come in here drive past cause this is not our hospital for our medical aid and the medical aid should send us a list of hospitals they cover. As a mom going to hospital for a normal scan coming out terrified after the doctor tells you that your son needs and operation as soon as possible like in today freaks you out. They had no right treating me my husband and 11 year old son like that. Disrespectful and disgusted.
