Unfair treatment at Olivedale Hospital

<div>Good day, my name is K****. I reside in Cosmo City, however I never come to Olivedale Hospital that is less than 10 km from my house due to mistreatment that is give people of color. Today ( 02/03/2020) I have decided to go to their emergency room which advised me to visit their Radiology due to undisclosed illness. There is a lady by the name of Heleen who reminded me of how black I am. Yes what she was saying was procedure but the maner in which she engage with me was patronizing. I watch her the entire time and saw how she engaged with white patients and immediately picked up unfair treatment and ******. I am aware that my complaint is subjective and would then suggest that you find out from her colleagues. I sincerely request that feedback be provided (via email) in 7 business days or I will be escalating this matter further.</div>
