Unfair treatment
My doughter had an op C/s two weeks back at N17 hopsital. So her wound was swollen and starting to ooze pass so we decide to take her to a GP as her gynea was not around but on holiday as I confirmed with the rooms . Having seen GP he recommended that we go hopsital we got to the N17 hospital casualty department we were seen by a reception working shift between 5 and 6 and went to the back and they were turned away and they were told to go back to the GP as they can not attend to her since she has been to a GP. I fail to understand what hospital turns back patients, furthermore the reason we came to this specific hospital is due to the fact that is where my daughter had her c section. I truly find it concerning that the doctors did not advise my daughter what signs to look out for that are of great concern before discharging her. The service received from this hospital is truly apaulling irrespective that ultimately she was admitted. This has been a very traumatic experience for our family.
