Unfair treatment

My Dad had a mental condition and was referred to Netcare Vaalpark by a Doctor in Sasolburg on 16/09/2020 was admitted. On the 17/09/2020 at 19:30 I received a call that my Dad fight with nurses and securities at the entrance and they let him go. We had to drive from Sharpeville to Sasolburg and search for him through the night on our own. We found him along R57 highway at 06:00 there following day. We took him back at 16:00 they same day but nurse incharge that day said we can took him home. She only gave us his belongings no medication .they also claimed from my medical aid. Now they are sending the invoices that I need to pay R1000 but they did nothing to my dad . I think that unfair. My patient was Mr Thabo Jacob Nala *** 081) customer no ***. case no ***.
