Unfair credit listing

'm writing to express my frustration with Malbarton Hospital and Saya Recovery. In December 2022, I was admitted to Malbarton Hospital, but they captured my cellphone number incorrectly. The last digit of my number was recorded as [8], instead of [3]. This simple mistake led to a chain of events that has caused me significant distress.i did not admit myself personal as was not stable at the time of my admission. I was in hospital for 9 days and the only time they corrected my number was so they could connect me to the wifi . Other then that they don't not confirm with me my personal information. And did not make sufficient efforts to contact me.

Due to the incorrect cellphone number, the hospital failed to contact me about my outstanding bill of R4595. I was never notified, and the account was handed over to Saya Recovery. To make matters worse, Saya Recovery was given two cellphone numbers that don't belong to me. They reported me to the credit bureau, and I've been listed.

I've tried to rectify the situation with both Netcare and Saya Recovery, but they refuse to remove me from the listing. I'm being unfairly penalized due to the hospital's error and the debt collector's actions.
