Unfair Credit Burau Listing even after paying the account

Netcare Waterfall City Hospital My account number is ***) Unacceptable Credit Burau Listing! I was hospitalized / admitted in August 2018 at Waterfall City Netcare. As a result they claimed from my medical aid Fedhealth but Fedhealth didn't pay to the consultation in the emergency unit, which came to an amount of R851.00 After a lot of back and forth with my medical, I eventually gave in and paid the amount owing to Netcare in August 2019, after getting an an email from Netcare informing me of the credit burau listing . However, even after the payment was made, Netcare still listed me as default for R851.00 through Transunion. I spoke to Transunion and they said I need to provide a paid up letter from Netcare. I have been email Netcare countless times to get this paid up letter but no one is getting back to me.

As a result I'm really not happy and frustrated for this unfair treatment!!! This listing is now affecting my whole life and not in a good way!! I don't know what else to do to get this paid up letter from Netcare
