Unfair Bussiness Practise

I was admitted to the Nedcare Waterfall Hospital on June 02 , 2020 .Dr MC Conradie did a Laparoscopic Radial Nephrectomy on my right kidney.( Kidney was successful removed) Today I received a final payment demand ( after 9 months ) for an outstanding amout of R2900.00 from Nedcare.The amount was a Drug called Precedex which my Medical aid , Bestmed refuse to pay as it is not registered drug with them .I told the Nedcare Hospital at Waterfalls that I had no control what drugs the Dr used and that they should resolve it with Dr Conradie.I spoke to a " Supervisor " , Mr Daan van Zyl who said I am responsible the outstanding amount and I do not settle same the will me over to Nedcare Lawyers.I am retired , 70 years old and are on Bestmed Medical Aid , Pace 3
