Mrs Wittstock has not behaved in a professional manner and has born witness against a client on another client's behalf. This is after she phoned a school to complain against the client. She provided stipulations of a legal nature which can only be administered under a court ruling. When we tried to clear the matter with her, she refused to respond, became aggressive and called security to have us escorted from Linmed. She has acted against many guidelines set out in Form 223 and a full report is being escalated to HPCSA.<br> <br> Now, I understand that psychologists have situations that can be frightening. We were not threatening her in any way and her use of security was merely a power play on her side. We were hoping for an amicable outcome instead of taking her to the HPCSA which we are now forced to do.<br> <br> Unfortunately, we have been patients in Linmed for many years and to encounter such a frightening situation in such a safe environment has both worried us and caused us to lose faith in the hospital.<br> <br> Netcare is a trusted service provider and I am hoping that if they cannot assist us in resolving this unfortunate matter, they can point us in the right direction.
